2019 Really

Hello everyone It's been such a long time since
I posted on here -soooo much has happened since
I last posted. Lets see if I can up date this a little .
In 2011 Hubby  decided to Transfer to North Carolina
to the new CAT plant they were building there.
Moving oh my! Caterpillar paid to have our stuff
packed and moved us we had may trips here to try
and find  a home but we did it is so nice and I have
a big Craft Room.
So Hubby and I have been loving living down here we
have taken many trips to the ocean and trips to the
Mountains. Not a fan of the allergies that we got when
we moved here, so many flowers and flowering trees,
so much pollen surely all the bees must live here!

This is what our home looks like at night every night.
I love the candles in the window it's so welcoming and
I love the look and you can walk thru the whole house
without turning on a light at night !!

Here's a recent photo of us that was taken at our church
ummm last year I believe

We Have lost all the wonderful Kitties that I have posted
before - Matty and Jonah died here in North Carolina and
the others back in Indiana. Gosh that sure hurt we sure miss
all our boys . So we decided that we should adopted some
new babies from the shelter.so a little over 2 years ago we
adopted  Mindy Sue and her sister Molly Lou. Mindy is the
one with the white she has 4 little white mittens and such
a sweet little girl. Molly is a sweet kitty but very different
for Mindy .

So as you can see they have grown up a bunch and now are
 about 2 1/2 years old .
Hubby and I decided that maybe we could give 2 more
babies a home so we went back to a different shelter this time
and we got to more little girls to add to our family.
So we have Minnie Pearl and Daisy Mae .

They are so very full or energy and all the kitties are so great together.
we so love our little girls and they are very spoiled .  And so darn cute.

So I have a couple other pictures to share Bucket list items that we checked off !

So while in Myrtle Beach we got to hold and feed Tigers! Whoo Hoo!!
I almost peed myself - it was so exciting we really love it. So the kitty
Duane is holding is 3 months and mine is 6 months.

While in Gatlinburg Tenn last year for our 17th wedding Anniversary
we went up to Clingmans Dome and on the way back down we saw
this wonderful bear - I got out of the car and took lots of pictures of
him/her.
It was quite close at first it was just sitting on side of road eating brush -
We didn't have any food in the car but the guy in the truck must of had
food cause our little bear became very interested in him. That truck
didn't stay to long that guy was very afraid LOL. So wonderful to see
an animal in the wild and not in a cage. We love going to Zoo's and
learning about animals. We watch lots of shows on Nat Geo Wild
and Animal Planet on TV.
But to get to hold Tigers and see a bear Awesome.
And the Mountains are surely some of God's best handiwork!!

We have had some Heartaches since we moved here. Duane's Dad was
very sick with Parkinson's passed away Oct 2, 2012. Just minutes after
his 83 birthday. He was in the Hospital in the Harris Hospice unit.
They have big rooms and I promised that I would stay with Dad till the
end. And I did. I sang to him and I had my computer on Christian
Music. I read from the bible to him and even through he wasn't awake,
I would get a hand squeeze every now and then. In that hospital chimes
would play when a baby was born.
The night Dad died as he took his last breath, a baby took it's first and
the chimes sounded .
